Reusable baking sheets are significantly cheaper than parchment paper or foil and are reusable, easy to store, and machine washable. You save parchment paper and foil from being made in the first place and then thrown away to add to landfill piles.

Tips

• Make sure you get one that can handle higher heat levels. There are some that can only be used up to a certain temperature.
